Nourish - Big Lucious Movement, Small Delectable Bites

IMPACT Dance creates at least one large event per year outside of the traditional theatre setting. In the past you may have seen us in museums, historical sites, art galleries and warehouses. NOURISH is our latest evening length premiere that takes place in and around the grounds of the beautiful Nancy Richardson Design Center on the CSU campus. The audience will enjoy small bites and nonalcoholic beverages created by Rhys Edmunds, head chef of Ace Gillett’s as they follow the dancers in and around the venue. The food provides a light compliment to the choreography as we explore the relationships that “feed” us, the solace of ritual and the joy of shared community. Come celebrate with IMPACT as we welcome the changing of the season with big luscious movement and delectable small bites!

More information:

• The show is appropriate for most ages who can stand for 30 minutes in multiple locations before sitting for the 2nd half of the show. It lasts for around 90 minutes
• The audience moves between areas as the follow the dancers in the first act
• In the outside spaces, some standing is required. However, limited seating will be provided even in the outdoor spaces for patrons that need it!
• Once inside, seating is provided for all
• In the event of stormy weather, all of the dances will be moved inside.
• Sun protection is recommended especially for the matinee performance. Keep an eye on the weather leading up to the show.
• The hors d'oeuvres created by Chef Rhys will be vegetarian and reflect the fall season
